What ever happened to the IDE that was being developed? Anyone have any info?

There was another project going on, which was meant to be more generic, but at the moment I do not remember who was developing it.

If anyone is interested there is a new version out, with some fixes and a new error Table (with doubleclick to error-line repositioning), also with the first angeljuice stab to linux...
