Colleges for an Aspiring Designer?

Does anybody know of any good colleges for game design & development that don't have expensive tuitions? (I'm looking for one that won't cost more than 10k per year)
I've been looking on Collegeboard but they have dated as a lot of college links and majors have changed for the actual colleges, and it's getting to be like finding a golden needle in a haystack with a few needles in it.
