I was looking at a topic in the Lounge, and MarkS replied to the thread while I was composing a post. When the new reply loaded in, the up/down vote UI was still visible, which I believe should not occur, with the +/- reputation voting disabled in that forum. I didn't try clicking it to see if it would actually go through - so this may simply be a presentation bug.
