Everytime I hit the 'I agree' button, I get an error. Even though, it says there are 9 people in it. AFAIK, I'm not banned. Or have any reason to be.

Presumably, the only people still in the chat are the ones who have stayed logged in all this time, since over the past five hours it's been gradually whittled down.
