Massive ads between forum posts and explicit ads showing up.

I had to take two screen shots and merge them to make this one pic. I do not have a problem seeing ads on websites that I support and have AdBlock completely disabled for this domain, but this is excessive. Also, I am troubled by the content. The circled content is not due to search or viewing history on my part. Also some of the Amazon suggestions, including the circled, are for Prime account holders and I do not have a Prime account. Something isn't right here.

The Windows profile that I am logged into has a 25 digit password that only I know, so this isn't due to someone using my account while I am not looking. There are children in this house that might see this. I know that there are few controls available for ads on GameDev's end, but what can be done?

Books that "explore sexuality" aren't considered explicit anymore for some reason, so they'll get lumped in with the normal ads by the advertising provider.

There's usually a way to report ads though, by clicking a link in the bottom right corner if I remember correctly.
