Link between render translation and x,y position

I am trying to understand how the set render translation node of the "on drag detected" function links to the x and y position of the widget item. From the attached image it can be seen that the x position is 1308 and the y position is 140. My question is how does this link to the set render translation node in the drag function? I am trying to figure out how the Vector2D - Vector2D links to the x and y of the widget item.   This has been set up in unreal engine 4 using blueprints.
